Instructions: Run a bath with hot water as can be comfortably borne. Toss the ball into the water and observe the pleasant theatre and aroma. This rarely fails to cure the worst bouts of sadness.

Luxuriate with a little Fizzy ball

Fizz milk, honey & oats is probably good enough to eat, but don't. Instead, have yourself a delicious, soothing, beautifully aromatic bath, and feel like Royalty. I'm already regretting that I only bought one.
